Hi you beautiful people to anther blog. today we have been told to put strain food into the right food groups. this was easy and hard at the same time. The reason for this is because of the foods we had to put into groups. Here is my finished task.
The second task was to design a healthy dinner plate for me and my family.First what I did is I decided it would be good to have lots of vegetables. I put carrots,broccoli and capeskin. Then I thought it would be good to have some protein so I put some steak. After that I put some healthy fat aka potatoes. Thank you for reading and I hoped you enjoyed.
